Caledonia Housing Association Ltd was formed in 2011 as a result of a merger between Servite Housing Association and Perthshire Housing Association. The new organisation will build on the established reputations of both organisations to deliver housing which is flexible in design to accommodate the needs of a wider customer base. We intend to develop properties which will feature energy efficiency and through the introduction of modern methods of construction, offer safe secure and affordable homes.
