Tenants give Servite a Massive Vote of Confidence.....
A total of 93% of Servite Housing Association's tenants are satisfied with their landlord, according to those who replied to a new survey. Servite undertook a postal survey of all their tenants living in Tayside and Fife to gain their views on a range of subjects. The results showed that:
- 95% of tenants are satisfied with their neighbourhood
- 93% feel that Servite keep them informed
- 92% feel that Servite rents are good value
Julie Cosgrove, Servite Chief Executive, commented: "The results of the survey are very pleasing and validate the hard work being done by staff to provide efficient and effective services which are clearly appreciated by our tenants. It is particularly encouraging to note that the results mirror a previous satisfaction survey conducted in 2006."
In all, over 350 tenants returned the 2009 survey forms. In 2006 Servite commissioned a satisfaction survey by independent consultants IBP, in which 93% of respondents also stated that they were satisfied with Servite as a landlord.
