Am I eligible?
New Supply Shared Equity is, in the main, aimed at first time buyers and people with a limited income. It may also be able to assist if you are looking for a new home after a significant change in your household circumstances or if you are disabled and own a house which doesn't suit your needs. Similarly if your home is affected by demolition we may be able to help you buy a replacement house.
To be eligible to participate in the scheme you will need to show that you cannot buy a suitable house for your needs without help from New Supply Shared Equity. An income limit or other restrictions from the local authority may be applied these restrictions vary per property.
