Amenity housing
Servite has a number of amenity housing units across the Tayside area which includes Dundee, Perthshire, Angus and Fife. We are also developing these properties in the Highlands.
Amenity housing provides accommodation for independent people who do not require any help or support and has design features that make them particularly suitable for older people.
Our homes
Our amenity housing units are self-contained flats and cottages. They have one or two bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen and bathroom. All benefit from full central heating, double glazing and good insulation. They also have added security and safety features such as door entry systems and smoke alarms.
Communal facilities
Some of our amenity housing (particularly flats), has communal facilities, such as a laundry, gardens and common parts, like stairwells and corridors. These will be monitored and maintained by Servite.
Support services
A comprehensive housing management and maintenance service is provided to our amenity housing. Our Housing and Maintenance Officers regularly visit our amenity housing developments and can provide advice and assistance with tenancy related matters.
