Sheltered Housing
We have sheltered housing units across the Tayside area which includes Dundee, Perthshire, Angus and Fife.
Sheltered housing provides accommodation and support for older people so that they may live securely in comfort and retain dignity within a supportive and friendly community.
Our homes
Our sheltered housing units are self-contained single, double and studio flats and cottages. Each has a separate bathroom and fitted kitchen. They are designed for older residents with independence in mind. Each has its own front door and all have modern central heating, double-glazing and 24-hour emergency call facility. Communal facilities
At the heart of each our communities are our communal facilities. We are committed to providing the highest standards to areas where our residents can meet and socialise. Typically, each of our schemes has a residents' lounge with dining facilities, well maintained grounds and plenty of garden areas.
Support services
Within sheltered housing Servite provides a range of support services to meet the needs of our residents. These include:

Presence of a scheme manager

Delivery of a mutually agreed support plan

Housing management duties to help residents maintain their home and tenancy

Support duties to help residents maintain their independence

Laundry facilities

Lunch Club facilities in many schemes

Various social activities
Domiciliary home help services can also be provided by on-site staff in most schemes and can be arranged by the scheme manager. So if routine household tasks are getting a bit too difficult we can provide a support package tailor-made to meet individual needs.
