Am I eligible?
Single people or couples over 60 years or younger where there is a demonstrated need for housing support, can apply for a sheltered property.
Priority is given to applicants who have a housing need for example:
- Health and Support needs
- Homelessness
- Overcrowding
- Unsuitable accommodation
- Require to move to a specific area
