Single people or couples over 60 or who have a need, as assessed by the relevant Local Authorities, for very sheltered housing which has 24 hour on site staffing and meal provision.
The applicant would have to demonstrate a need for this type of service.
Priority is given to the applicant with the greatest assessed need.
