Since completing our first mixed tenure development in 1990 we have been able to offer a complete and comprehensive management and factoring service in Tayside and Fife, and over the ensuing period the growth of multi-tenure developments combining rented, privately owned and shared ownership properties have enlarged and enhanced our service.
Our staff make regular site visits and are readily available to be contacted for any matters requiring attention. We deal with all aspects associated with the management of property including planned maintenance, gardening, buildings insurance, preparation of budgets and assistance with sales and purchases.
