This service provides practical help to customer's at home. A leaflet about the service is available here.
Range of Services
Some of the examples of our service can be the following:
Vacuuming, dusting and polishing, washing and ironing, preparation of light meals, local shopping, one off "spring cleans", general cleaning (and this can include washing internal windows), washing woodwork and cupboards.
The service is available Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm each week (other times and weekends are available at special arrangement).
Please note we are not able to provide any personal care or administer medication. We may be able to point you in the right direction to the services that can provide this.
Who is Eligible?
Anyone who would benefit from assistance in managing tasks in their home.
Rates
The hourly charge is £ 10.85.
There is also an initial one-off fee of £10 for set up costs and administration.
An account will be sent to you 4 weekly for you to check and payment can be made by direct debit, Allpay card or cheque.
